FEes & Appointment Length

I require a free 20 minute phone or video meeting prior to scheduling a first session. I want to make sure we are a good fit!

Rates are:

  • $200 per session for CBT-I (note that the first appointment is 60 minutes and all subsequent are 45 min. I charge the same for all)

  • $250 per 55 minute session for relationship therapy

  • $325 per 75 minutes session for relationship therapy

My fees are due at the time of our session and are payable by cash, check, or credit/debit card.

Insurance

I do not accept insurance in my private practice. I’m considered an out-of-network provider and can give you a superbill for services. You may see me listed as in-network because I accept insurance at my other job at NeighborCare Health. I see patients of NeighborCare Health only and do not offer relationship therapy through them. If you have Medicaid or no insurance and are looking for primary care and short-term, brief therapy, check them out: https://neighborcare.org/

You can check on your insurance company’s out-of-network provider terms by asking the following questions:

Does my policy have mental health benefits?

What is my deductible and has it been met?

How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Is prior-authorization required before I can be reimbursed?
