About Me

I live with my kids and partner in Seattle with our many animals. I love to cook, listen to music, read fiction, and go out to movies. I am neurodivergent and this informs my lived experience and how I work with clients.

I have worked in the mental health field since 2012, providing support services, case management, group, relationship, and individual therapy. I received my M.A. in Existential Phenomenological Psychology in 2016 from Seattle University. I have a B.A. in Gender Studies and Human Geography from the University of Washington. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington: LH60956297.

I am received training in Internal Family Systems for Couples, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Somatic Transformation, Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples (EFT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have also been practicing yoga and meditation for 15 years and have received training in trauma-informed yoga. I have taught as an adjunct professor in the psychology department at Seattle University.

My clinical interests reside in the intersection between neuroscience, psychology, and anti-oppression work. I also laugh a lot and try not to take myself too seriously.
